The Bloomington Bruins Cheer Program
Will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast this Sunday
November 20, 2011 from 8am – 10am
At Applebee’s located at:
16867 Sierra Lakes Parkway Fontana CA 92336

The Breakfast Includes:
Bacon, Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Pancakes, Coffee and Orange Juice
The Cost is $10 per ticket
Tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event

Cheer Registration is $100 plus the cost of the uniform
*Minimum deposit of $100.00 required at time of sign-up.
There is one mandatory fundraiser.

Upon registration a copy of a current utility bill is needed.
